DISCRIMINATION, PRÉJUGÉS ET POLITIQUES D'INTÉGRATION
Les préjugés sont les idées préconçues, souvent négatives, que nous entretenons au sujet de certains groupes. Ils sont intimement liés à la discrimination, qui réfère à un processus d’exclusion et de jugements infondés sur un groupe d’individu sur la base d’une distinction établie par une simple caractéristique arbitraire. Dans ce volet de notre recherche, nous tentons de comprendre le rôle des politiques mises en place pour forger les attitudes personnelles et les préjugés.
